Apply this checklist before merging new marketing routes or editorial pieces. Pair it with the full handbook in the docs folder to keep SEO, accessibility, and analytics standards tight.

Metadata & Structure
- Unique title, description, and canonical URL are set
- Open Graph / Twitter cards configured with share imagery
- Structured data validates for the template (FAQPage, BlogPosting, etc.)
- Sitemap updated and robots directives reviewed
- Alternate hreflang tags created when localisation exists
Content Quality
- Copy matches the primary keyword intent and includes semantic variations
- Heading hierarchy is logical with one H1 per page
- CTAs link to the next funnel step (trial, compare, pricing, guides)
- At least three internal links point to relevant ZenPlay routes
- External citations are referenced when quoting stats
Accessibility & UX
- Images include descriptive alt text
- Color contrast passes WCAG AA
- Interactive controls expose focus states and ARIA labels
- Layout remains scannable on small screens
Performance
- Assets are optimised and lazy loaded when possible
- Revalidate interval aligns with editorial cadence
- No unused scripts or CSS shipped
- Lighthouse performance score ≥ 85 in lab checks
Measurement & Review
- CTA click events wired to analytics funnels
- Goals defined in GA4 or Plausible dashboards
- Editorial calendar updated with publish and review dates
- Backlink outreach list prepared
- Post-launch monitoring scheduled (GSC coverage, Lighthouse, CrUX)
